Public Disclosures

Please be aware that pursuant to the Public Authorities Accountability Act of 2005, all proposals for space within the immediately preceding quarter will be disclosed to the public on the third Tuesday of the quarter following the receipt of the proposals. e.g. January 19, 2021, April 20, 2021, July 20, 2021, and October 19, 2021, as applicable, at NYCEDC’s office located at 1 Liberty Plaza, New York, NY from 10 am to 1 pm.

Please note that at the present time, NYCEDC’s offices are closed to the public. As a result, if you want to see proposals received for the preceding quarter, do not come to NYCEDC’s office. Rather, email [email protected] on the date and at the time indicated above and you will be sent a copy of the proposals for the quarter.
